Summer bursting floral colors flare out to capture the eye's attention. Bright and bold the yellow petals flare out from the daisy like rays of the sun. Rising to DPChallenge's weekly photo challenge I thought a flower with flying petals would do nicely for Burst of Color.

This earned the Yellow Ribbon (3rd place) for Burst of Color IV challenge at http://www.dpchallenge.com/

The petals are NOT photoshopped in. The petals are hanging there in the set-up. It was not easy for it was very delicate work to get them to look like they were bursting forth.
